A personal mobile app project for exploring intermittent fasting habits through UX, interface design, and AI-assisted development. I designed, built, and tested the product to understand how a simple daily tool could support consistency, clarity, and behavior change.

Framing the core journey I aligned on goals, constraints, and the minimum viable flow for daily tracking.
